General Terms & Condition:

  1. ‘Sahas.Com’ or any of its Business & Event associates that are organizing / co-organizing the programs or courses reserves the rights either to cancel, postponed or alter the duration in situation so warrants due to unforeseen reasons and circumstances and such decision shall be implicit, binding and accepted by all.

  2. ‘Sahas.Com’ or any of our Business & Event associates that are organizing / co-organizing the programs or courses are not responsible in case of any accident, illness or injury during the Journey / Adventure activities.

  3. In case of any accident, illness or injury during the Journey /Adventure activities, the candidates, travellers or any of their relatives shall not hold the ‘Sahas.Com’, any Business & Event associates or any of its employee/member wholly or partially responsible.

  4. Candidate(s) / traveller(s) must be physically fit to undergo the journey / programs / packages / courses.

  5. No refund will be made in the eventuality of the program/tour being cancelled / rescheduled due to natural calamities beyond the control of management.

  6. Booking amount is non refundable. If booking amount is more than 5% then refund will be made as per the condition mentioned in ‘Cancellation’ Para 10 of ‘Disclaimer & User Terms’.

  7. In the event of inadequate booking, program/course may be cancelled or postpone and in such case booking amount will be refunded or will reserved for the next available program/course as the participant(s) may desire.

  8. No weapon & ammunition are allowed during the travelling / program.

  9. Pets are not allowed during the journey/program.

  10. All the disputes shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

Terms and conditions for adventure packages:

  1. The booking of any trip is accepted on the understanding that the customer realises the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in holidays of this kind. ‘Sahas.Com’ along with our affiliates and anyone else working in association with us cannot be held responsible for any death, accident or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected with the holiday.

  2. Before the customer embarks on the holiday, he/she must be covered by insurance, which must include the cost of helicopter rescue, medical treatment and repatriation if necessary.

  3. ‘Sahas.Com’ would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising out of any mishap, sickness, accident etc.

Terms and conditions for hotel reservations:

  1. Confirmation of hotel reservation is issued irrevocably for the period specified and guests hold liability for the entire specified period irrespective of late arrival or early departure at/from the hotel.

  2. Entire advance amount shall be forfeited in case of guest cancelling the reservation or failing to check-in on due date.

  3. In case hotel is unable to provide accommodation, due to any unforseen circumstances, alternate accommodation or refund will be provided, and the customer will have no claim against it.

  4. ‘Sahas.Com’ shall not be responsible for any change in itinerary or any problem with the hotel reservation.

  5. ‘Sahas.Com’ shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the life or property of the customer during transit to the hotel, either in their own vehicle or in transportation provided by ‘Sahas.Com’ or during stay at the hotel.

  6. ‘Sahas.Com’ provides services as only the booking agent of the hotels concerned.

  7. ‘Sahas.Com’ holds the right to cancel the reservation and refund the money received. The customer shall not have any claim, whatsoever against it by reason thereof beyond the control of management.

Terms and conditions for transportation services:

  1. Before the customer embarks on the holiday, he/she must be covered by travel insurance, which must include the cost for conciliation, accident, health, emergency evacuation and loss or damage to baggage and personal effects.

  2. ‘Sahas.Com’ shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may be occasioned for any reason, including but not limited to, any defect in a vehicle, the acts or default of any company or person engaging in conveying a passenger, failure to arrive or depart as per schedule.

  3. The customer agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey and agrees that no liability will attach to ‘Sahas.Com’, employees or agents in respect of death or for any loss or damage to property of the passenger during the course of his journey.

  4. ‘Sahas.Com’ shall not be responsible for delays or alterations in the programme or expenses incurred due to international or domestic flight delays or cancellations, strike, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems political closures or disputes.

Cancellation
In case of order cancellation for Product / Material, the deduction would entail as per to following:

  1. 10% deduction (90% or balance of paid amount will refund) on cancellation any order within 3 days from the date of payment (order).

  2. No refund will make after 3 days by ‘Sahas.Com’ and the customer on their own console, may mutually settle the deal or refund directly with the supplier of the product/material.

In case of package / event cancellation, the deduction would entail as per to following:

  1. 10% deduction (90% or balance of paid amount will refund) on cancellation before 20 days from the date of departure/event.

  2. 20% deduction (80% or balance of paid amount will refund) on cancellation before 15 days from the date of departure/event.

  3. 30% deduction (70% or balance of paid amount will refund) on cancellation before 07 days from the date of departure/event.

  4. 40% deduction (60% or balance of paid amount will refund) on cancellation before 05 days from the date of departure/event.

  5. No refund will be made on cancellation, less then 05 days before the date of departure and after that

    Note:

  1. Cancellation charges will be calculated on the full amount of product/package/event cost or fee. For example if any one pays 50% advance and cancels his booking then cancellation charges will calculate on the full amount of product/package/event cost or fee and remaining paid amount will refund with in 30 days.

  2. Only groups may postpone the dates by submitting a request letter before 15 days from the date of departure.

  3. The costs are indicated for the entire package as per to Itinerary and there would be no refunds if any part of the package were not availed.

Do’s & Don’ts during Travel

  1. Nature is the most beautiful gift to mankind, as a visitor please makes sure to respect local traditions and culture, help maintaining local harmony and protect the majestic natural environment.

  2. By following local customs and respecting local etiquette you will be accepted and welcomed. Be patient, friendly and sensitive-remember you are a guest there.

  3. Limit deforestation, make no open fires and discourage others from doing so. Carry away all non-degradable litter (like polythene) and burn or burry degradable substances (like paper) before leaving any spot.

  4. Avoid using pollutants like detergents, in streams or springs.

  5. Where no toilet facilities are available defecate at least 30 meters away from water sources and bury or cover the waste with mud or sand.

  6. Help Guides, Porters, and organizers to observe Eco conservation measures.

  7. While practicing photography exercise restraint, respect privacy and obtain permission.

  8. Observe the sanctity of holy sites. Never touch or remove religious objects and respect holy places. In case of any offerings contact the staff of the committee of such places.

  9. Allow the flora & fauna to flourish in its natural environment. Taking away of cuttings, seeds and roots without prior permission of concerned authority, is illegal in many parts of Himalayas.

  10. Avoid encouraging beggars and do not tempt local children by offering them foodstuff or sweets.

  11. Do not consume alcohol, drugs or any other intoxicant during the journey /program.

  12. Do not listen to Radios, Tape Recorders or any other electronic entertainment equipment at high volume to avoid noise pollution.
