Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Additional Information:
- We usually provide the exchange/refund with 7-9 days of receiving the goods.
- It takes usually 7-9 days to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit.
- The shipping fees for the return / echange will be paid by the customer.
- If any return restocking fees, the customer will need to pay for it.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow up these steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your credentials, Go to your user interface.
- Click on Order history and then click on Order Details.
- On display of order details, scroll down and see add a message.
- Choose the product and request the return or exchange and mention the reason in it.
- Then SAHAS customer support will contact you regarding return & exchange and post taking your feedback, they will inititate the return process.
- Once you got the confirmation, please pack & send the article at below mentioned Return's Shipping Address.
- On return and post inspection of the articles, we'll inititate the return/exchange of your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method if found everything is in order & as per the return policy.
